Refund Policy Usage Concept
1. General
Our services include the creation and development of usage concepts as well as individual space and planning solutions for medical practices, companies and private clients.
Since this is a personalized service, no refunds are available once processing has begun.
2. Cancellation before the start of the service
Cancellation is only possible as long as work on your concept has not yet begun.
In this case, we will refund the amount already paid less a processing fee of 10%.
3. Cancellation after commencement of the service
Once processing of the order has begun, no refunds are possible, as personnel and creative services have already been provided.
In the event of premature termination by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the proportional costs.
4. Changes & Adjustments
If you have any requests for changes after delivery, these will be individually coordinated in a separate offer.
We always strive to find a solution that is fair for both sides.
